SNUGGLE INN LUXURY CAT HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before bringing your cat to board at the Snuggle Inn.
Cat Hotel Terms & Conditions
Inital vaccinations must be completed at least 4 weeks prior to your cats stay and booster vaccinations must have been carried out no more than 12 months prior to your cats stay. Vaccination certificate must be retained by Snuggle Inn for the duration of your cats stay.
Certification from a veterinarian of a recent protective titre test will be accepted instead of a booster vaccination. The certificate must state that it is valid for the current period.
While payment must be made in full on admittance, any extra costs incurred during your cat's stay must be paid for on collection.
All guests must be up to date with flea treatment (if guests are not on a regular monthly programme, treatment ideally Stronghold or Advocate, must be administered at least one week prior to their stay). Guests should preferably de-wormed as well, (Guests arriving with Fleas will be treated and the customer will be charged £25.00 per cat).
Snuggle Inn is unable to accommodate un-neutered mature Toms or Queens.
A condition of boarding is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition. However if they were to fall ill whilst with us they will be covered by our insurance up to the policy maximum.
Veterinary bills incurred through unrelated or pre-existing conditions, diagnosed or not, including stress related conditions will be the responsibility of the owner and owner's current insurance cover.
Animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
In the sad event that any guest is not collected within 14 days of the date on which they are due to depart, and where no communication with the owner or contact persons has been made, they will be re-homed at the discretion of Snuggle Inn
