Please read carefully before bringing your cat to board at the Snuggle Inn.

Cat Hotel Terms & Conditions

Snuggle Inn holds a full range of quality diets, and all guests will be fed to the requirements of their owners.

Snuggle Inn are unable to provide special diets that are not available in High Street stores, but owners are more than welcome to bring them in.

Jo & Adie are happy to administer medication including Diabetic injections, but clear written instructions must be provided for each guest.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Saturday 10 am to 12.00 noon and 4.15 pm to 6.00 pm Sunday 10.00 am to 12.00 noon only Bank Holidays 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm only. Arrivals & departures should be by pre-arranged appointment and only within the hours specified above to ensure that you and your cat receive our undivided attention immediately on arrival.

Arrival & Departure:

Snuggle Inn operates just like a Hotel. Guests usually check in between 4.15 - 6.00 pm. Guests can arrive between 10.00 - 12.00 noon but in the busy times they may be required to stay in a reception suite for a short time while a previous guest departs and to allow us time to clean their suite properly, this also applies to guests departing in the morning between 10.00 - 12.00 noon as they will not be charged for that day. Guests departing between 4.15 - 6.00 pm will incur another days charge.

Please phone Snuggle Inn on (02380) 610890 to check that the dates you are looking to book are available. Please DO NOT e-mail any requests for dates as these will not be accepted or replied to, Thank you.

Viewing:

If you would like to visit Snuggle Inn, please call to arrange a suitable time. The Cat Hotel is open 365 days a year but is closed for viewings on Easter Sunday and all Bank Holidays.

Checklist for Guests:

1) Current vaccination certificate.
2) Prescription or special diet food and/or medication (if applicable).
3) Favourite toys and blankets.
4) Completed online guest information form (if requested).
5) Please remove all collars and harnesses’ prior to your cat’s stay.
6) Most importantly your cat! (In a secure carrier please).
