WELCOME TO SNUGGLE INN LUXURY CAT HOTEL

Snuggle Inn is a luxury version of the traditional style boarding catteries and is built to the highest standards. It is owned and run by Jo & Adie Ellis, who have spent their whole lives devoted to their animals.

COVID-19 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We value your trust and understanding in the changes that we have put into place during this difficult time & apologise for any inconvenience caused. This is to ensure that we keep you, your family and ourselves safe at all times.

ARRIVALS & COLLECTIONS

ALL VISITS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

You must advise us if you have COVID 19 symptoms* or have been in contact with anyone who has COVID 19 symptoms*
Social distancing of 2 metres apart must be observed at all times
We will not be offended if you choose to wear a mask, apron & gloves
Cat carriers MUST be clean, sturdy & in good repair
You will be met at the gate in front of reception and will be asked to hand over your cat/s in their carrier at this point as no one will be allowed entry the cattery itself.
Nobody will be allowed to visit your cat(s) while they are in the cattery.

MEDICATION

All medications should be put in a washable, plastic container with clear instruction enclosed

EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS

You will need to provide us with a person to contact in an emergency or your next of kin details
We will also need to know your wishes if you are unable to collect your cat for whatever reason

OPENING HOURS

Due to the current situation, we have amended our opening hours:

MONDAY TO SATURDAY 10.00am – Noon & 4.15pm – 6.00pm
SUNDAYS 10.00am – Noon & 5.00pm
BANK HOLIDAYS: 5.00pm only

VIEWINGS

Unfortunately we are unable to conduct viewings of the cattery during the Covid-19 crisis.

*COVID 19 – MAIN SYMPTOMS

It is important that you advise us if you exhibit any symptoms such as a new, persistent cough, a high temperature, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste or have been in contact with any persons having these symptoms.

To ensure your cat’s every need is taken care of, Jo has gained a pass with distinction in the Animal Care College Diploma in Kennel & Cattery Management. She has also gained a pass with credit in the Animal Care College certificate in Feline First Aid.

The Snuggle Inn Cat Hotel has been designed and built to offer ultimate luxury and optimum facilities for the guests. As the guest’s comfort is paramount to Jo & Adie, for the winter months they have installed thermostatically controlled convector heaters, which keep the suites at a comfortable 18-24 degrees (dependant on guests requirements), even when the temperature outside is well below zero.

For the summer months the cattery is shielded from high temperatures by an over-roof ensuring all guests stay cool and comfortable.
